One of the most explosive playmakers in all of East Texas earned an FCS offer on Tuesday, as Tyler Lee 2016 QB/ATH Zach Hall was officially targeted by Northwestern State.

Hall (5-11, 170) made the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday evening.

The Red Raiders quarterback, despite missing three games to a knee injury this season, finished with 1,434 passing yards with 11 touchdowns and two interceptions and 729 yards and nine touchdowns on 107 rushing attempts.

Hall experienced a breakout 2014 campaign with almost 3,500 total yards and 38 touchdowns in helping Lee to its only postseason berth since 2010. He was the 2015 ETSN.fm Preseason Football Super Team Offensive Player of the Year.

The Lee signal-caller also holds FBS offers from Baylor, Missouri, and Texas Tech.

Northwestern State, located in Natchitoches, La., competes in the Southland Conference and is coached by Jay Thomas. The Demons were 4-7 in 2015, 4-5 in conference play.

Several East Texans are currently on the Northwestern State roster -- freshman defensive back Isaac Warren (John Tyler), sophomore safety Desmond Lacey (West Sabine), freshman linebacker Brice Borgeson (Van), redshirt-freshman offensive lineman Clay Wiley (Kilgore), and freshman offensive lineman Jonathan Hubbard (Kilgore).

Hall can officially sign with the school of his choosing on National Signing Day, Feb. 3, 2016.
