Union Grove Takes Down Troup, 68-61

TROUP -- The Union Grove Lions continued their strong start to the season with a 68-61 win over Troup on Monday night.

Austin Owens led Union Grove (4-1) with 19 points. Parker Thornton added 13 points, while Hayden Gray finished with nine.

Troup (1-3) was paced in defeat by Jared Jackson and Shane Thomas, who had 15 pointe apiece. Kameron Elmer and Callen Eastman each finished with 11 points.
