The third Division I scholarship offer arrived Thursday for West Rusk two-way standout DJ Hart.

The Raiders' playmaker announced via Twitter that Arkansas-Pine Bluff has offered.

Hart (6-0, 175) was previously offered by Kansas and Stephen F. Austin.

This past season, Hart had four interceptions and 12 pass deflections for the Raiders. He was part of a vaunted defense that forced 39 turnovers as a whole. On offense, Hart accumulated 652 yards and scored five touchdowns.

West Rusk went 10-3, losing to eventual champion Newton in the regional quarterfinal.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff is an FCS school that competes in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. The Golden Lions hired Cedric Thomas as its new head coach this offseason. They finished 2-9 overall and 1-6 in the SWAC in 2017.

Hart, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any program that offers him in December.
