Justin Edwards was relentless in a 20-7 victory against Mabank on Friday.

Edwards, a linebacker for Wills Point, finished with 17 tackles and forced three turnovers in the victory. He had two forced fumbles, an interception and also had a quarterback hurry. For his efforts, he is the ETSN.fm + Dairy Queen Defensive Player of the Week.

He follows West Rusk's Talon Winings, who won the award in Week 3.

The victory was the first of the season for the Tigers, who are now 1-1. Wills Point will next face Tyler Grace at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Wills Point.
