Garrett Smallwood Throws Three TDs in Van’s 34-7 Rout of Kaufman

VAN — Van quarterback Garrett Smallwood threw three touchdowns and Matt Savis rushed for 156 yards and a touchdown to help Van take down Kaufman, 34-7, on Friday night.

Smallwood finished 19-of-27 passing for 263 yards. Two of his touchdown passes went to Carson Rucker and the other to Austin Lockwood.

Hunter Hopkins added a touchdown run for the Vandals (3-1), who play at Liberty-Eylau next Friday.
