Lindale saw the biggest jump among East Texas schools in the latest Texas Association of Basketball Coaches girls polls.

Lindale (17-4), which is undefeated in District 14-4A, jumped four spots from No. 18 to No. 14 in the new Class 4A poll.

Three East Texas teams were ranked in the new Class 3A poll, led by No. 13 Liberty-Eylau (17-3), which fell one spot. No. 17 Pittsburg (20-4), which fell one spot, and No. 23 Mineola (22-3), which jumped two places, were also ranked in 3A.

In Class 2A, Crockett (20-3) moved up two spots to No. 11, while Tatum (24-2) held steady at 19th. Alba-Golden (19-5) jumped up one spot to 21st. Winnsboro (17-9), despite winning both of its games this past week, slipped two spots to 22nd.

Class A Division I remained East Texas-dominated at the top, although Slocum (20-2) fell seven spots to No. 9. Martin's Mill (20-4) retained the No. 1 spot, and Martinsville (23-0) moved from third to second. Zavalla (22-5) slipped one place to 15th. New Summerfield, previously ranked 24th, dropped out of this week's poll.

No. 1 Saltillo continued to sit atop the Class A Division II rankings, while Kennard (15-8) remained at No. 16. Chireno (17-7) moved up one spot to 17th. Bloomburg, which was ranked 21st last week, fell out of this week's rankings.

Tyler T.K. Gorman (21-4) slipped on spot to No. 4 in this week's large private school poll.
