Recently I read an article published by Business Insider about some of the fastest growing jobs in the US and it had me thinking about how things have changed. I remember growing up and talking to my grandfather about how he had worked for the same company for over 40 years, and he was proud of that.

But it seems like I am hearing about people needing to move from company to company to receive that raise that they want. Just remember you have to do what’s right for you and your family, that’s what’s most important.
