(New Caney, Texas) All Texas parents need to know about the dangers online, as online predators are always looking for their next victim. Recently there were two Texas men who were arrested after two 15-year-old juveniles say they were sexually assaulted and one of the men had a gun.

Snapchat Conversation Turned Dangerous Quickly

According to KHOU, the incident began on June 16th when the two 15-year-old girls were talking with the two men on Snapchat. The suspects picked up the young girls from a friend’s house around 1:40 a.m. and drove to Randall Reed Stadium on New Caney ISD property.

Both girls say that is where both were sexually assaulted at gunpoint. After the incident occurred, they were driven back to their friend’s house. An investigation was launched almost immediately.

The Suspects Were Identified

Detectives from the Special Victims Unit identified 19-year-old Darville Reginald Allen and 20-year-old Abdul Sallem as the suspects, both of them residing in Kingwood.

There were two other men in the vehicle at the time, but they didn’t take part in the assaults.

Gun Used During the Assault

One of the teens was forced to have sex with both suspects. One of the teens said that Saleem was recording the assaults and also strangled her. Both were afraid to say no because Allen had a gun at the time.

Both juveniles were taken to HCA Kingwood Hospital and contacted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Both suspects were arrested by the Montogomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team; Allen’s bond was set at $150,000 and Saleem’s at 100,000.

Let this be a reminder to talk to your kids about the dangers of talking and meeting people online. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
