
You Won’t Believe Which Texas Town Tops the Fall Foliage Rankings
(KNUE-FM) Recently, I have been getting outside more here in Texas, it’s been fantastic weather lately with the temperatures cooling off. It’s so easy to complain about it being too hot in the summer or even too cold in the winter but Spring and Fall in Texas are wonderful
It’s been great walking more after work, seeing some of the leaves along the trails, beyond just the exercise, it’s amazing how getting outdoors will make you feel better.

Why Fall in Texas Deserves More Credit
In my opinion, the Lone Star State is one of the most gorgeous places when it comes to seasons changing. The beauty of Texas is on full display.
Which is why I was a bit shocked when I saw that Stacker made a list of the best small towns for taking in the Fall foliage and only one Texas town made the list.

Only One Texas Town Made the National List
I will admit that a majority of the list was in the northeast portion of our country, and I have not had the chance to visit that area during the Fall. It’s very possible that the scenery there is absolutely stunning, but you could say the same thing here about Texas.
So, while Texas wasn’t as well represented as I would like to see it was still great to see a Texas town that made the Top 5 on the list. While we might not have many towns on the list, at least we are still near the top.
Let’s look at which Texas town made the list of the best towns to take in the Fall foliage.
