It’s not a fast run these days, but it’s always full of love. Neighbors say they’ve seen him do it for years, rain or shine. What started as a funny, sweet moment when Haley was little has turned into a lifelong routine that means a lot to both of them.

"He has done this my entire life," Haley told Good Morning America in a recent interview. "These are what memories are made of," she said. 

The video of Eska’s goodbye jog recently went viral, and I, for one, can’t get enough. A bunch of comments praised him for his kindness and dedication, and for proving that you can still get down, even at 89.
