Wet and Wild Texas Melee Sees Elbows and Hair Everywhere

Warning, there are more questions than answers in this article. I don't have a clue what's going on in this video, I just like to bring the people wild videos that I come across.
The video opens in the middle of the altercation. Four rascals are fighting in the wet and rainy streets of Dallas, Texas. We have no idea if these are two separate fights, or if it is a tornado tag team match: Two teams of two fighting at the same time.
Wild Texas Brawl Gets Messy with Flying Hair and Elbows
As the camera zooms in, we see one girl getting the best of another. She's mounted on top of her, grinding the elbow into her victim's face. Also, these two are on the road. Literally lying down on the dirty wet pavement.

The camera then pans to the left. These two gals have yet to engage. They're circling each other in a fighter's stance, seemingly sizing each other up.
Who will take home the gold in this showcase of the immortals? We don't know. Once again, the cameraman let us down in a big way.
