Food Experts Name the Single Best Classic Burger in Texas

When it comes to food, there’s not much on this Earth that I love more than cheeseburgers. I feel like I could eat one every day and never get burned out on them. However, my cardiovascular system might object to it. 

If you know me, you know I have written a lot of articles about food. So, any time I come across an article about the best (insert food or restaurant here) in every state, I have to see what made the list for Texas. 

You’ve probably guessed by now that today is one of those days. The experts at one of my favorite websites, Love Food, rolled out the list of the best classic hamburger in each U.S. state. I was hoping to see one of our great Wichita Falls burger joints on the list, but that wasn’t the case. But at least I found a new place to try the next time I’m in the Houston area.

Where to Find Texas’ Best Classic Burger

According to the foodies at Love Food, you’ll find the best classic burger in Texas at Tookie’s Hamburgers & More in Kemah. Taking a glance at the gallery on their website, it’s easy to see why. Just don’t make the mistake that I did and look at it right before lunch, because you might find yourself quite jealous of the folks that live in the area.
