Dallas Cowboy CeeDee Lamb Sending Air Force Veteran to Super Bowl
The Super Bowl is next Sunday and one man in attendance won't be paying those ridiculous ticket prices. He will be a guest of the star Dallas Cowboys wide receiver.
Sadly, its another year where my Dallas Cowboys are not in the Super Bowl. However, a fellow die hard Dallas Cowboys fan like myself will be at the big game. Technical Sergeant Chris Ferrell of the United States Air Force was gifted Super Bowl tickets from one of his favorite players.
CeeDee partnered with USAA to surprise a veteran with Super Bowl tickets and of course CeeDee had to pick someone from Cowboys Nation. Several players throughout the league are gifting veterans Super Bowl tickets this year.
Chris Ferrell Air Force Accommodations
Chris Ferrell served 14 years in the U.S. Air Force (2003-2017), achieving the rank of Technical Sergeant before medically retiring due to combat injuries. During his time in the Air Force, Technical Sergeant Ferrell disarmed and destroyed roadside bombs and all other explosive hazards as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. He was assigned to several bases throughout South Carolina, Florida and Maryland throughout his career. He decided to join the Air Force after the attacks on September 11, 2001.
CeeDee Lamb on Gifting a Cowboys Fan Free Super Bowl Tickets
“It means a lot to me to have the opportunity to send Technical Sgt. Chris Ferrell and his wife Lauren to their first Super Bowl with the help of USAA and the Air & Space Forces Association,” said Dallas Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb. “I’m honored to be able to give back to a deserving veteran and life-long Cowboys fans like Chris and Lauren who have given so much to others, and I can’t wait to show my appreciation in-person in San Francisco.”
I am hoping next year CeeDee is busy getting ready for the Super Bowl. I was seven the last time that happened and that depresses me.
