Girl Power in Canyon, Texas: Learn These Great Skills to Upgrade Your Game
Have you ever gone to a friend's house here in the Texas Panhandle and been instantly envious of their creativity?. They have that certain skill that they can grab a few items and instantly make a beautiful centerpiece?
I know I am one of those that are lacking in such creativity. My hands won't do anything crafty. Heck, I can't even get them to do a simple braid in my daughter's hair growing up. There is not one creative, artsy, crafty bone in my body. I tried.
So when I see classes like these pop up, it gives me hope. There are people out there that have the skill and want to pass on the knowledge. There are three classes and you can sign up for all three or pick and choose.
Either way, it's a girl's day out of bonding and learning at The Lumberyard, Canyon's newest meeting place, restaurant and concert venue. It is going to be taken over by women on March 29th from 10 am - 2 pm.
In that time you can learn how to make a fancy charcuterie board from my friend, Marissa, owner of The Local Wedge. You can learn how to wow your friends with a beautiful floral arrangement from Megan at Fleurish Designs. Or leave with the skill of decorating some wonderful spring cookies from Jamie at Flecks of Love.
If that is not enough, you can even book some time with Three of a Kind Photography. They will be there offering mini sessions and a beautiful spring backdrop. Plan your day and get your friends together. You can get your tickets HERE.
