NEW CHAPEL HILL -- The Chapel Hill Lady Bulldogs improved to 3-0 on the season with a 84-58 win over Henderson on Monday.

Daija Maddox led three Lady Bulldogs with double digits in scoring with 24 points, including five 3-pointers. April Walker and Mykael Alfred added 21 points apiece.

Joy Williams paced Henderson in the loss with 26 points.

Chapel Hill's season resumes Dec. 1 at Palestine, while Henderson plays host to Crockett on Saturday.

 

Bullard Rolls Past Van

VAN -- The Bullard Lady Panthers took down Van, 56-25, on Monday night.

Lexi Kirgan led Bullard (9-1) with 22 points, while Sydney Foster added 15.

Bullard's next game is Dec. 1 at home against Quitman.

 

Beckville Wins Opener in OT

BECKVILLE -- The Beckville Ladycats won its season opener with a 38-36 overtime victory over Hawkins.

Kimber Wesner led the way with 22 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Payton Jones added four points, four boards, and three steals, while Madi Mize chipped in with two points, three rebounds, and six assists.

Beckville (1-0) plays at Overton on Tuesday.
