NEVADA -- Canton kicked off competition in the tough District 5-4A Division II league with a 42-14 win against Nevada Community. It was a career night for quarterback Hunter Moore and Canton (3-3, 1-0) joined Gilmer and Bullard in the win column. Running back Jordan Jackson didn't have a bad night, either.
