WHITEHOUSE -- Alli Capps led Carthage to a four-set win against Mabank in the Class 4A area round of the state volleyball playoffs at Whitehouse High School.
Capps' team-best 23 kills helped the Lady Bulldogs recover from a loss in the first set for a 20-25, 25-9, 25-13, 25-6 decision. Carson Robertson also had a big night with 34 assists.
