Six of the seven teams in District 7-3A D-I made the playoffs in 2017. There seem to be three teams in the running for the district crown this preseason.
BRYAN — Mineola quarterback Jeremiah Crawford was the Offensive Player of the Year on the 66th Annual Collin Street Bakery/Texas Sports Writers Association's Class 3A all-state football team.
