Tyler Bishop Gorman's Judah Bell Picks Up Offer From ULL

Tyler Bishop Gorman junior receiver Judah Bell picked up his fourth Division I FBS offer on Friday, as the Crusaders' 2017 prospect earned an official scholarship opportunity from Louisiana-Lafayette.

Bell (6-3, 180) announced the offer through his personal Twitter account Friday morning.

ULL, which has offered five East Texas prospects in the 2017 class, joins Bowling Green, Houston and SMU in the pursuit of Bell.

The Ragin' Cajuns are also currently targeting Center receiver Octavius Evans, Arp ATH Kayce Medlock, John Tyler cornerback Javontavius Mosley and John Tyler QB/ATH Bryson Smith.

Bell enjoyed great success on the gridiron last season, finishing his junior year with 68 receptions for 1,350 yards and 16 touchdowns in only 11 games, helping Gorman reach the TAPPS Division II playoffs.

The Ragin’ Cajuns, led by Mark Hudspeth, posted a 4-8 record in 2015 after four consecutive trips to the New Orleans Bowl.

ULL’s 2016 squad will feature former Carthage offensive lineman Adrian Goodacre as well as two new signees from the East Texas region in Newton linebacker Tanner Holmes and Jasper tight end Cody Mitchell.

Recruits in the 2017 class can make their college decisions official on Feb. 1 of next year.
