BULLARD -- Grant Hanks passed for two touchdowns in Bullard Brook Hill's district-opening 24-22 win over Tyler Bishop Gorman on Friday night at Herrington Stadium.

Hanks completed 11 of 24 attempts for 250 yards, tossing touchdowns to Alex Hale and Jacob Dumesnil. Hale finished the night with two catches for 111 yards, while Dumesnil had four catches for 75 yards.

Gabe Lucio rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries.

Brook Hill (2-2, 1-0 in TAPPS Division II District 2) finished with 380 total yards on the Crusaders (2-2, 0-1).

The Guard's season resumes at Dallas Shelton next Friday, while Bishop Gorman hosts Carrolton Prince of Peace.
