ETSN.fm Class 3A Poll: Top Three Spots Unchanged Following Strong Week 1 Efforts

There were no changes to the top three spots in the ETSN.fm East Texas Class 3A poll after an exciting first week of action.

Mineola held onto the top spot after its 42-24 win over Elysian Fields, Newton remained at No. 2 after a 37-28 defeat of Tatum, and Waskom held steady at No. 3 following its 34-22 win over Center.

Arp and Corrigan-Camden each moved up to two spots No. 4 and 5, respectively. Arp earned a 20-0 shutout victory over Paul Pewitt, while Corrigan-Camden dispatched of Centerville, 30-12.

Malakoff entered the poll at No. 10 after its 63-19 rout of Corsicana Mildred. The Tigers replaced New Boston, which dropped a 55-7 decision to Atlanta in its opener last Friday night.
