Grace Pounds Brook Hill, 15-2

TYLER -- Nick Hudgens homered and drove in three runs to lead the Tyler Grace Cougars to a 15-2 rout of Bullard Brook Hill in TAPPS District 2-5A action Saturday.

Jake Wright went 3-for-3 with a double, two RBIs, and two runs scored, while Blake Long was 2-for-3 with an RBI for Grace.

Cole Reed got the win on the mound, allowing one earned run on four hits with two strikeouts and two walks in three innings.

Logan Langford led Brook Hill at the plate with two hits and an RBI. Tyler Overbeek double and drove in a run as well.
