WINNSBORO -- It was more of the same for Mineola as quarterback Jeremiah Crawford and Chantz Perkins combined for more than 200 rushing yards in a 35-14 win at Winnsboro.

The Yellowjackets' victory avenged a loss to the Red Raiders last season.

Winnsboro (1-1) answered Mineola's opening touchdown from Crawford with Ethan Rakich's 45-yard run, but Kourtland Sinches' kickoff return touchdown and two scores from Perkins put the Yellowjackets (2-0) well in control of the game midway through the third quarter.

The Red Raiders will travel to Quitman on Friday. Mineola also will be on the road to play Lone Oak.
