Heath Hood + White Oak Blast Mount Vernon

WHITE OAK -- The Roughnecks had no problems Friday in a 59-8 dismantling of Mount Vernon in non-district play.

White Oak (2-0) scored 45 points in the first half. Quarterback Heath Hood threw three touchdown passes in the first 24 minutes.

Mount Vernon (0-2) spotted the Roughnecks eight possessions inside their territory through the stretch.
