BIG SANDY -- Joshua Jackson put on a show Friday night to lead Big Sandy to a 33-32 home win against Winona.

Jackson gained 188 yards on 15 touches, 13 of which were rushing attempts for 150 yards and three touchdowns. Jackson's final touchdown run, a three-yarder around the left side of the line, gave Big Sandy the go-ahead score with 1:45 left in the game.

Gary Elder carried 10 times for 60 yards and scored in the first quarter on a seven-yard touchdown run for Big Sandy, which improved to 2-0. Travis Willoughby had a 14-yard second-quarter touchdown run, and Deshun Alexander scored two-point conversion following Jackson's 26-yard second-quarter touchdown scamper.

Willoughby completed 6 of 9 passes for 82 yards. Matt Easley had three catches for 29 yards, while Jackson caught two passes for 38 yards.

Big Sandy travels to West Rusk at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Winona visits Como-Pickton.
