John Tyler junior receiver Damion Miller has been committed to Texas for almost a year, but that hasn't stopped other schools from continuing the pursuit.

On Tuesday, the Lions' playmaker received his 11th Division I FBS offer -- Missouri, which was confirmed by the John Tyler football program's official Twitter account.

Miller (6-1, 189) now holds offers from Baylor, Houston, Kansas, Missouri, North Texas, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech.

Missouri, which hired Barry Odom to replace longtime head Gary Pinkel during the offseason, is set to begin its fifth season as a member of the SEC. The first four years included consecutive East Division championships in 2013 and 2014.

The Tigers were 5-7 in 2015, just their second losing season since 2005. Odom, who served as Missouri's defensive coordinator last year, will be entering his first season as a collegiate head coach.

Miller caught 41 passes for 912 yards and nine touchdowns in a 12-game season in 2015. John Tyler reached the Class 5A Division I area round before falling to Mansfield Lake Ridge, which advanced to the state championship game.

As a sophomore, Miller helped guide John Tyler to a Class 5A Division I state semifinals appearance. He pulled down eight touchdowns and averaged about 23 yards per reception in 15 games.

John Tyler will participate in Class 6A for Miller’s senior year due to an increasing student enrollment. The Lions will share a district with Longview, Mesquite, Mesquite Horn, North Mesquite, Rockwall, Rockwall-Heath, and Tyler Lee.

Miller, like all high school football players currently in their junior year, will become eligible to sign with any program that offers him in February. He is free to change his verbal commitment status at any time.
