ALBA -- The Panthers trailed 7-0 after the first quarter, but a 16-point outburst before the break allowed Alba-Golden to coast 37-13 late and notch win No. 2 of the 2014 season.

Dalton Wright scored three times on 14 carries and had 111 yards. The rest of the Panthers lineup helped the team out to 309 yards on 53 carries divided among nine players.

Freddie Reeves recovered two Hawkins fumbles, including a scoop and score.

Alba-Golden's defense allowed 71 yards all game.

The Panthers will host Quinlan Boles on Friday. Hawkins (1-1) returns to host De Kalb the same night.
