Stephen F. Austin Offers West Rusk’s DJ Hart

DJ Hart added an offer Wednesday.

Hart, a 2019 DB for West Rusk, posted on Twitter that Stephen F. Austin offered him a scholarship.

Hart had four interceptions and 12 pass deflections for the Raiders this past season. He was part of a vaunted defense that forced 39 turnovers as a whole. West Rusk went 10-3, losing to eventual champion Newton in the regional quarterfinal.

Stephen F. Austin competes in the Southland Conference of the NCAA's FCS subdivision. The Lumberjacks finished 2017-18 with a 4-7 record.

Hart, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any team that offers him beginning in December.
