The 2013 football season has been one of redemption for the Kilgore Bulldogs, who have avenged their only two losses from 2012 and are one win from their second-ever state championship.

The 2013 football season has been a record-setting campaign for the Carthage Bulldogs, who have enjoyed the senior campaigns of some of the most prolific offensive players in school history.

Carthage senior wide receiver Terian "Tee" Goree is certainly making the most of his last year as a member of the Bulldogs' football program.

Carthage and Kilgore may not have played once in the last four years, but don't let that hiatus fool you. These are programs and fan bases with a lot in common and plenty of mutual history.
