HALLSVILLE -- Markese Martin and Devuntay Walker each scored two touchdowns to lead Texas High to a 34-8 rout of Hallsville on Friday night, keeping the Tigers undefeated for the season.

Walker finished the game with 15 carries for 113 yards and Martin totaled 59 yards on 13 attempts.

Texas High (9-0, 5-0 in District 16-5A) erupted for three touchdowns in the second half after taking a 13-2 lead into halftime.

Tigers quarterback Cade Pearson completed 9 of 12 passes for 120 yards, with Quan Hampton leading Texas High receivers with three catches for 66 yards.

Jamall Davis was Hallsville's bright spot on offense, rushing for 94 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. He accounted for almost half of the Bobcats' 229 total yards of offense.

Hallsville dropped to 2-7 on the season and 2-3 in district with the loss.
