LONGVIEW -- Caleb Chumley dropped a game-high 27 points to lead Pine Tree to a 56-46 double-overtime victory against Lindale on Tuesday at the Pirate Center.

Robert Hines added eight points for the Pirates, while Victor Hawkins scored seven. Mason Hays chipped in with five points.

Mason Terry's 19 points led Lindale.

Spring Hill Cruises Past Pittsburg, 79-51

LONGVIEW -- Three Panthers scored in double figures and six scored seven-plus points to lead Spring Hill to a 79-51 victory against Pittsburg.

Spring Hill's Ben Brundrett had a game-high 21 points and seven rebounds, while Kendon Womack added 13 points and four assists. Matt Williams had 12 points and four assists.

Adam Lattier had eight points and five rebounds for Spring Hill (7-2), and Clay Lattier contributed seven points, five assists, and four steals. Travis Garska scored seven points. Jordan Phelan dished out four assists.

Douglass Edges Cayuga 72-66 in Matchup of No. 2 Teams

DOUGLASS -- Reed Westbrook scored 36 points to lead Class A Division II's No. 2 Douglass to a big 72-66 win over Class A Division I's No. 2 Cayuga.

The game was called with 19 seconds left and Douglass leading by six points when the benches cleared after a hard foul, according to the Nacogdoches Daily Sentinel.

Reed Westbrook scored 17 of his game-high 36 points in the fourth quarter, while Bryce Westbrook had a triple-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists, per the Sentinel.

Cayuga's Preston Anderson scored a team-high 29 points, while Deon Shofner added 16.

Tobyus Thomas Propels No. 4 Kerens Over Edgewood, 76-65

EDGEWOOD -- Class A Division I's No. 4 Kerens got 25 points from Tobyus Thomas in a 76-65 win at Edgewood on Tuesday.

Jackson Tyner led the home team with 21 points.

Ivy Rieke, Maya Bradford Lead Beckville Past Hughes Springs, 49-45

BECKVILLE -- Ivy Rieke and Maya Bradford delivered a pair of double-doubles to lead Beckville past Hughes Springs on Tuesday, 49-45.

Rieke had 20 points, 13 rebounds, and seven steals, while Bradford added 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Ladycats (7-3). Devin Woodall had five points and seven boards. Kimber Wesner recorded four steals.

Beckville plays Joaquin on Thursday in the Gary tournament.
