Chapel Hill Offensive Lineman Brandon Upshaw Signs With MidAmerica Nazarene

NEW CHAPEL HILL -- Chapel Hill senior offensive lineman Brandon Upshaw signed a national letter of intent with MidAmerica Nazarene University on Wednesday during a National Signing Day ceremony at the Chapel Hill High School library.

Upshaw (6-1, 270) will play center at MidAmerica Nazarene, according to Chapel Hill head coach Thomas Sitton.

MidAmerica Nazarene is located in Olathe, Kan., and is a member of the NAIA and competes athletically in the Heart of America Athletic Conference. The Pioneers finished 8-3 in 2012, losing in the first round of the NAIA playoffs.
