Beckville remained unbeaten with a sweep of New Diana on Friday night.

The Ladycats won sets by scores of 24-14, 25-21 and 25-23 to improve to 33-0.

Riley Seegers led the team with 11 kills, and Hannah Humphries wasn't far behind with eight. Seekers and Payton Jones tied for three blocks apiece, and Jones led the team with 17 digs.

The Ladycats will be back at it next week at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday when they host Ore City.

Carlisle sweeps Shelbyville

Carlisle needed only three sets to defeat Shelbyville on Friday.

The Lady Indians won by scores of 25-7, 25-18 and 25-12.

Aubrey Hart led the team with 13 kills and five blocks. Heather Craig added nine kills, 11 digs and four aces.

Next up for Carlisle is a match at 4:30 Tuesday with Overton.

Bullard earns sweep of Chapel Hill

Bullard defeated Chapel Hill on Friday, winning sets by scores of 25-10, 25-20 and 25-13.

Sara McKeethan led the team with six blocks. Ashli Meador  and Keili Richmond each added five. Sarah Lewinski had seven blocks and Kailan Bellew had 11 digs.

Bullard improved to 25-10 and will face Gilmer at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

Carson Robertson leads Carthage to victory

Carthage took down Rusk on the road Friday night.

The Lady Bulldogs won 3-1, earning victories 25-18, 27-25 and 27-25.

Carson Robertson led the team with 12 kills and Matti Doffitt added 11. Laney Harkrider added 15 digs.

Carthage improves to 24-11 in the win.

Quitman sweeps Kemp

Quitman swept Kemp to improve to 29-7, 11-0 on Friday.

The Lady Bulldogs won sets by scores of 25-11, 25-13 and 25-6 on their way to an easy victory.

Kaci Raley had 17 kills and Molly Tanner had 12 digs. Jentri Jackson led the team with 17 digs.

Quitman will next play Eustace at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Rains falls to Mabank on the road

Rains couldn't take care of business on Friday.

The Ladycats lost to Mabank by scores of 25-17, 26-24 and 15-11.

Shelbi Sheppard posted 12 kills, 16 assists and 25 digs for triple double, but it wasn't enough to elevate Rains to victory. Summer Nerkowski also had 10 kills.

The Lancets fell to 24-12. They will be back in action Tuesday evening, when they host Canton on Senior Night.
