Demicya Griffin and Belinda Ray scored nine and eight points, respectively, to round out top offensive performers.

The Lady Buckeyes will take on Argyle in their regional semifinal match. It's an 8 p.m. start Friday at Mesquite Poteet High School.

Spring Hill, Gilmer's District 16-4A rival, also reached the regional tournament with a three-set sweep against Paris North Lamar on Tuesday.

If both teams advance out of the regional semifinal round, the Lady Buckeyes and Lady Panthers will meet for a fourth time this season to determine which team goes to the state tournament.
