Pine Tree Opens Season With 2-0 Win Over Nacogdoches At Lady Pirate Soccer Tournament

LONGVIEW -- The Pine Tree Lady Pirates scored a pair of goals in the final two minutes en route to a 2-0 win over Nacogdoches on Thursday in the season opener, as part of the Pine Tree Lady Pirate Soccer Tournament at Pirate Stadium.

Erin Bailey had the first goal for Pine Tree (1-0) off an assist from Lilly Cabrera. The second goal came courtesy of Lorena Gonzalez, assisted by Bailey.

In other action Thursday at Pine Tree, Corsicana defeated Nacogdoches by the score of 2-0.
