CORSICANA -- Blake Hoffman threw for 324 yards and two touchdown to Z'Antyler Hooks in Corsicana'a 35-24 win over Lindale in a District 17-5A matchup Friday night.

TYLER -- Braydon Stone accounted for three touchdowns and Tyler Grace Community notched its first TAPPS Division II District 2 win of 2017 with a 49-21 rout of Carrollton Prince of Peace on Friday.

HALLSVILLE -- Rodarius Smith ran for 236 yards and three touchdowns and Marshall stayed unbeaten in District 16-5A with a 58-14 rout of Hallsville on Friday night.

The Raiders still haven't been scored on in district play and are in sole possession of first place in 9-3A.

ATLANTA -- Jawan King ran for 137 yards and three touchdowns to lead Atlanta to a 34-16 win over Gladewater on Friday night in a District 7-4A Division II matchup.

GILMER -- Aaron 'Poppy' Brown scored a 12-yard touchdown with 1:44 left to give Gilmer a wild 44-42 win over Spring Hill on Friday in a District 7-4A Division II matchup.

TROUP -- The Arp Tigers won the Battle of Highway 135 on Friday night behind a strong running game and some opportunistic help from the defense to take a 35-33 win over Troup at Tiger Field.
