Following a week full of upsets, there were some major changes to our Class 3A top 10 poll.

TEAGUE – The No. 5-ranked Malakoff Tigers saw a 20-game regular game winning streak end with a 35-14 loss to the Teague Lions on Friday at Lion Stadium.

Unbeaten San Augustine has entered the Associated Press Class 2A top 10 poll.

There are still six unbeaten teams headlining our weekly Class 3A top 10 poll.

Once again, there are seven East Texas teams in this week's Associated Press high school football poll.

With every team winning last week, there were no changes to our Class 3A top 10 poll.

Pleasant Grove, fresh off its 41-38 win at Gilmer, has debuted in the latest Associated Press Class 4A top 10 poll.

Thanks to dominance in Week 7, the top five teams in our weekly Class 3A top 10 rankings held steady.

EUSTACE -- Zee Bailey and Andreas Garrett each scored two touchdowns and Malakoff jumped all over Eustace, 66-25, on Friday in District 9-3A Division I action.

Seven teams from the East Texas area remained ranked in their respective classification's Associated Press top 10 poll.
