Tuesday Basketball: Chapel Hill Girls Down Whitehouse in Opener

NEW CHAPEL HILL – The Chapel Hill Lady Bulldogs opened the season with a 42-27 win over Whitehouse on Tuesday night.

Brittley Maddox led Chapel Hill (1-0) with 11 points.

Whitehouse (0-1) was led by Suzanna Moran, who finished with 11 points.

Chapel Hill’s season resumes next Tuesday at Lindale.

MABANK – The Bullard Lady Panthers rolled to a 47-31 win over Mabank on Tuesday.

Bullard (2-0) was led by Sydney Foster, who scored 19 points.

The Lady Panthers return to action Saturday at home against Van.
