LONGVIEW -- Amanda Cabrera scored three goals to lead Pine Tree to a 5-0 shutout of Carthage in Friday's District 32-4A soccer match at Pine Tree Stadium.

Kalynn Hudman set up Erin Bailey for Pine Tree's first goal of Friday's match. That came 26 minutes into the contest and preceded back-to-back Cabrera goals, one of which Hudman assisted, for a 3-0 lead. Victoria Flores scored right before halftime to extend the Lady Pirates' lead to four goals.

Cabrera added a second-half goal to complete her hat trick. Pine Tree garnered an 18-0 advantage in shots on goal.

Pine Tree improved to 18-1-1 overall and 10-0 in 32-4A entering Tuesday's senior night matchup with rival Hallsville.
