Defensive tackle Zaycoven Henderson told ETSN.fm late Friday night that Oklahoma co-offensive coordinator Jay Norvell invited Henderson, safety Travin Howard, receiver Dorian Leonard, and safety Stephan Maxey to the Feb. 2 junior day during a Friday morning visit to Longview High School.

"(Norvell) told us 'We're starting back our recruiting in East Texas,'" Henderson said. "'We're fixing to start recruiting back out here.' He compared Dorian to (former Longview and Oklahoma star) Malcolm Kelly."

Henderson is a 6-foot-2, 290-pound interior defensive lineman who had 48 tackles, 10 for loss, two sacks, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries as a junior, when the Lobos went 9-4 and reached the Class 5A Division II Region II semifinal round.

Leonard, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound receiver, caught 21 passes for 444 yards and four touchdowns. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Maxey had 72 tackles, three for loss, and four forced fumbles. Howard, who is 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, had 64 tackles, three for loss, two interceptions, and one fumble recovery.

Henderson already had an SMU junior day invitation for Feb. 16. He won the Defensive Line MVP award at this past Sunday's Texas Top 100 camp hosted by Next Level Athlete in Pasadena, and plans to attend this Sunday's Texas Top 100 camp in Lancaster.
