GILMER -- For the second consecutive year, the Gilmer Buckeyes have completed an undefeated regular season.

Kelton Collier ran for three touchdowns and caught another, leading the Buckyes to a 49-22 win over Rains on Friday night at the officially christened Jeff Traylor Stadium.

The defending-champion Buckeyes (10-0, 5-0 in District 5-4A Division II) will face Pleasant Grove in bi-district at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Mount Pleasant. Gilmer's winning streak is now at 26 games, dating back to the beginning of the 2014 season.

Collier's 90-yard touchdown run erased an early 6-0 deficit for the Buckeyes, and he scored again on the next possession on a 70-yard pass from Zac Spears.

Collier added touchdown runs of 4 and 3 yards to close out his scoring.

Spears also connected with Demarco Boyd for a 35-yard touchdown, and Boyd later added a 13-yard touchdown run. Devin Smith also scored on a 27-yard touchdown run for Gilmer.

Spears finished with 211 passing yards in the win.
