Did you know? Rosebud-Lott held Deweyville to less than 200 total yards of offense in last week's 43-16 first-round playoff win. ... This year's trip to the playoffs is the first for Rosebud-Lott since 2004, when the Cougars finished 6-5 and lost in the first round to another East Texas team: Alto. ... Waskom has averaged more than 10 yards per carry as a team the entire season. ... Waskom had to forfeit seven wins in 2012 because of an ineligible player, but on the field, the Wildcats are 18-3 since the start of last season. ... District 11-2A D-II, which is home to Rosebud-Lott, went 3-1 in the first round with the Cougars, Centerville, and Crawford winning by an average of 41.3 points.
