West Rusk Keeps Perfect Record Intact With 31-23 Win Over Arp

ARP -- Dee Starling threw three touchdowns and West Rusk remained undefeated in 2015 with a 31-23 win over rival Arp to open District 8-3A Division II play on Friday night.

Starling, who completed 5 of 12 passes for 178 yards, connected with Breyon Thurman for two touchdowns on the night. Thurman caught three passes for 98 yards for West Rusk, which improved to 4-0 on the season.

Arp (1-3, 0-1) rallied for 16 points in the fourth quarter, but couldn't get any closer.
