Canton senior quarterback Chandler Eiland's season could not have gotten off to a much better start. Two games, two wins. And two outstanding individual performances.

Eiland is the ETSN.fm/Dairy Queen Offensive Player of the Week after he led the Eagles to a 46-17 victory over Mabank last Friday night.

The ULM commit completed 28 of 47 passes for 385 yards and four touchdowns, while rushing for another 46 yards and a score on eight carries. This comes after a strong season-opening performance against Tyler Grace, in which Eiland ran for 202 yards, passed for 181 and combined to score six touchdowns.

Eiland's Eagles are 2-0, having outscored the opposition, 95-45. Canton hosts Crandall on Friday night.
