This week's ETSN.fm East Texas Class 4A poll welcomed a new team to the top 10 as the Bullard Panthers (6-3) entered the rankings at No. 10 after a big 55-35 road win at Melissa last Friday night.

Bullard took the place of Tatum (4-5), which fell out of the top 10 after a 34-28 loss to Atlanta.

The top five teams all remained the same after each continued their impressive regular seasons, including No. 5 Henderson (7-1). which clinched its first district title in 14 years with a 37-14 win over Chapel Hill (5-4), which subsequently fell two spots to No. 8.

Jasper (6-3) moved up a spot to No. 6 after its 41-24 defeat of previously unbeaten Huffman Hargrave, Carthage (4-5) climbed one position to seventh following a 42-0 shutout of Palestine, and Athens (6-3) is up one to No. 9 after its 62-22 rout of Crandall.
