Five teams will represent East Texas in the Division I 7-on-7 football state tournament next week in Leander.

John Tyler, Longview, Lufkin, Tyler Lee, and Whitehouse will make the trip south to Southwest Williamson County Regional Park in Leander for the event, which is July 12-13.

The following is a pool-by-pool breakdown of the Division I state tournament with East Texas teams in bold. The top two teams from each pool advance to the championship bracket July 13 (Saturday morning), while the other two go to the consolation bracket. All teams play at least one game that Saturday morning.
