GILMER -- The ninth-ranked Martin's Mill Lady Mustangs rolled to a 59-28 win over Bogata Rivercrest in a Class 2A Region II area-round playoff game Friday night.

WINONA -- The 13th-ranked Bullard Lady Panthers opened the postseason with a 53-33 rout of Pittsburg in their Class 4A bi-district playoff Tuesday night.

TENAHA -- The Henderson Lady Lions earned a 60-54 win over Huntington in their Class 4A bi-district playoff Tuesday night.

BULLARD -- Both teams had their moments in Tuesday's Class 5A bi-district playoff game in Bullard. Longview, the No. 20 team in the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches' 5A poll, saved its best for last in a 49-35 win against Corsicana. It closed a battle which featured 10 lead changes on a 14-2 run.
