PARIS -- Davion Hall accounted for 172 yards and scored two touchdowns as Liberty-Eylau rallied late in the second half for a 34-24 win over Paris North Lamar on Friday night.

Hall, a Baylor commit, rushed eight times for 124 yards and two touchdowns, including his 9-yard scoring run that gave the Leopards (4-3, 2-0 in District 13-3A) the lead for good at 24-20 with 1:44 remaining in the third quarter. Hall also caught three passes for 48 yards.

Javon Rigsby completed 14 of 19 passes for 158 yards and two touchdowns -- both to Keith Wynkoop, who finished the night with nine catches for 101 yards and. HIs scoring receptions were from 6 and 15 yards in the first quarter. Donelle Hoof rushed 11 times for 90 yards, including his 15-yard touchdown run with 2:49 remaining that put the game away.

North Lamar (2-5, 0-2) took a 14-6 first-quarter lead on a Devin McDonald 36-yard run and McDonald's 74-yard reception from Jake Cowling. The Panthers extended their lead to 17-12 in the second quarter on Kris Stephens' 21-yard field goal, but Hall's 19-yard touchdown run and Hoof's two-point conversion gave L-E a 20-17 lead it would carry into halftime.

Kelton Reed helped North Lamar regain the lead, 24-20, with a 1-yard scoring run at the 3:57 mark of the third quarter before the Leopards rallied with 14 unanswered points to close out the comeback win.

Liberty-Eylau hosts Pittsburg next Friday night.
