Pine Tree’s Keshon Williams Picks Up New D-I Offer
Keshon Williams is starting to see his list grow.
Williams, a 2019 ATH from Pine Tree, posted via Twitter on Thursday that he received an offer from New Mexico State. The Aggies are the third Division-I school to offer Williams, who also has offers from Texas State and Louisiana Monroe.
Williams played multiple positions for the Pirates in 2017, as they went 3-8, falling in the first round of the playoffs. He finished with 600 total yards (194 receiving, 339 rushing and 67 passing) and 17 total touchdowns.
New Mexico State competes as an independent in the NCAA's FBS subdivision. The Aggies finished 7-6 in the 2017-18 season, defeating Utah State in the Arizona Bowl.
Williams, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any team that offers him beginning in December.
