RUSK -- Rusk nursed a seven-point lead into the fourth quarter before scoring twice to pull away for a 21-0 home win against Eustace on Friday night.

Rusk's D.J. Glenn ran 12 times for 136 yards and a touchdown, a 45-yarder for the final touchdwon of the game. Chase Stanley completed only 3 of 11 passes for 49 yards and an interception, but he carried six times for 86 yards, including a 48-yard fourth-quarter score that pushed Rusk's lead to 14-0.

Ray Foreman's five-yard second-quarter touchdown run accounted for the game's only points through the first three-plus periods. Foreman finished with 36 yards on 11 carries as Rusk (1-2) ran for 251 yards.

Keenan Hargest led Eustace (2-1) with 92 yards on nine carries, while Jesus Barcenas gained 68 yards on 20 carries. Steven Stine ran for 68 yards on nine carries.

Eustace attempted only one pass, an incompletion, and finished with 241 rushing yards. Rusk's Taylor Sturns was the game's leading receiver with two grabs for 30 yards.

Rusk hosts Athens next Friday. Eustace hosts Fort Worth Castleberry.
